Late Wednesday morning, an incident on Highway 707 in Horry County led to one arrest, with authorities actively searching for a second individual, according to the Horry County police.

Officers responded to a call in the area after discovering two individuals unconscious in a vehicle near a car wash. One person has been arrested and charged with a drug-related offense.
